Twin’ is the first step of process. A fragment, part of a wider research, whose main theme is the combination of “Nature” and “Technology”. Where the term ‘Nature’ refers to the real and physical sphere of the human being and of the universe that surrounds it, and the term ‘Technology’ is linked to all that the human being has been able to understand and rewrite (or even overwrite) in the course of its evolution. The ‘twin’ is therefore intended as the double identity: the current co- existence of a real nature of the human being and the ‘Projection’ or ‘Reproduction’, outside of himself, of all that he imagines, creates and redefines in each revolution. Man is able to create outside himself.

In this work an immersive reality is presented on stage, crossing and re-elaborating historical and theoretical quotations on digital art. The body is in constant dialogue with the image projected outside itself, of which it is the creator himself. Visual elements and colors are so-called ‘primary’. In their appearance they become darkness and light, signs and symbols beside which the quality of presence of the body is changing. The work turns out to have a strong emotional impact in its first part and then opens another door on a dimension less recognizable for our ‘collective memory’, suspended and ending in a peak of light, like a catharsis of the human.
