A workshop dedicated to ages 18+ with no age limit.
Dedicated to stage professionals in training or already working
in live performance.
Actors, dancers, circus performers and performers willing to experience
bare-chested or flesh-colored underwear are welcome.
Flesh-colored underwear and sneakers will be required.

“When I think of this saying, I am immediately reminded of the times I have
been asked if I could do a performance in flesh-colored underwear. Inevitably for me
has a tinge of censure or at least dis-ease.

I also read into it the common claim of appearing nude without then being so.
But why? Who is it that feels uncomfortable? The one who is naked or the one who observes?
Then I think about what shade we give to flesh color.
It took a long time before even flesh color took on other shades
becoming inclusive.

I propose reflections and practices for the construction of a physical score “COLOR CARNE.”
