In ancient Greek Àgape means the highest form of love, a transcendental feeling that connects human beings with God, but the notion was used to define only feelings between people. Inspired by this concept, Luna Cenere wants to extend its research to different forms of unconditional love, from human relationships to universal energy, and deal with the theme of interspecies caring.
The intent is to incorporate the concept as humans, as plants or other kinds of living forms, questioning postures and gestures.
The choreographic writing establishes an intimate relationship between the two performers in the nude condition who will share the stage with an electroacoustic composer, invited to actively interact with the scene through performative actions and compose a soundscape in the form of an open structure; A hybrid format, suspended between the happening and the site-specific performace that can be presented in theaters and unconventional spaces.
